I Am new to Kumite…?

Can u plz tell me the rules of Kumite? I know u score points for reverse punching the opponent… But can some1 plz give details like when the coach will stop u from chaining attacks, ect?

Reverse punching is not the only way to score. Rules vary from one match to the next. Ask the coach before you spar what the rules are.
